the hotel messed up our reservations.we booked 1 night stay,then we added a night on your email confermation,we got back from our day at the Aquiamia and our key did not work,our room had someone else in it.managers told us we only had 1 night stay.i found my conf# and showed it to them.then to find all our stuff.some was left in the room with the new people and our clothes were put in trash bags in there storage.managers were very rude and talked badly of Pricline. ...read more

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were just what I expected for the economy class hotel. Carpets need to be replaced.

Didn't stay overnight checked out about 4hours after I checked in..my son didn't want to stay in the hotel , so instead after already paying for this room couldn't afford to go to another hotel , decided to drive all the way home to lakewood, California instead. ...read more
